Soechtig To Create Sales Operations Center For CCR

November 5, 2009: Chris Soechtig has been upped to SVP of sales operations at Clear Channel Radio. In his new post, he'll create a corporate "Sales Operations Center," which will, CCR said, "focus on all facets of sales strategy, communications, training, sales material, processes and technology for use by Clear Channel sales teams."

Soechtig moves into a corporate role after spending the last four years as director of sales for CCR's Tampa cluster. In his new role he'll be working with all Clear Channel markets to help sales leaders to look for opportunities to grow revenues, and will also establish a structure for sharing and exchange among markets.

"Chris has demonstrated strong leadership and talent over the past several years, and we believe he will continue to bring innovative ideas to the table as senior vice president of sales operations," Hogans said. "We are excited to begin building the Sales Operation Center and anticipate sales managers and sellers in every market benefiting from the SOC."
