Radio Ink Hispanic Conference Agenda is Set

The agenda for the 7th annual Hispanic Radio Conference is now posted at the conference web site. The conference will be held on March 22-23 at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty Six in Fort Lauderdale. Radio Ink Publisher Deborah Parenti says, "We are extremely excited about this year's agenda. Our advisory board has targeted a comprehensive range of important and timely issues facing Hispanic radio broadcasters. today. They will be covering everything from the economy and the election and its impact on revenues and governance, to programming, advertiser expectations, legal affairs and the huge influence of digital on Hispanic consumers. We plan to begin announcing speakers and panelists shortly. And as regular attendees can tell you, we usually have a few surprises up our sleeves."
The Hispanic Radio Conference brings together leaders in the Hispanic radio community and experts in Hispanic advertising and media for a comprehensive overview of opportunities and strategies within this rapidly transforming sector.
The conference will also include presentation of the coveted Hispanic Radio "Medallas de Cortez" awards, named in honor of Spanish radio's pioneer, Raoul Cortez. Cortez was a visionary for his time who founded the first Spanish-language radio station, KCOR, in 1946. Nominations for the awards can be submitted now thru February 7, 2016.
