A four station, family-owned radio group in Fredericksburg, VA has a terrific sales management career opportunity. Our top performing radio stations come with all the research tools and resources to succeed. We are looking for a sales leader that can train, lead, and motivate our sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate must understand and institute a strong yield management system and be excellent at generating local direct business and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates must have minimum of 2 years sales management experience in broadcast media.

Director Of Sales Planning

Looking for an "experienced media executive" to lead a sales planning group at a leading Radio Network. Responsibilities include: managing utilization of weekly sponsorship inventory across 150 markets, overall yield management strategy and execution, working with sales force of over 100 sales reps to formulate and negotiate ad proposals for local, regional and national sponsorships, coordination with Traffic Department on entry and scheduling, as well as formulation of other policies, practices and strategies to support and drive ad sales.
