WSBT Radio Group in South Bend, Indiana seeks a dynamic person to become our next General Sales Manager. This is a great job working for privately-held Schurz Communications in its hometown, where it owns WSBT Radio Group, WSBT TV, the South Bend Tribune, and several great websites . WSBT Radio Group is a five station cluster-WSBT AM/WNSN FM/WZOC FM/WHFB FM/WHFB AM. We're also the local affiliate for Notre Dame football, basketball and hockey. Our current and successful GSM is a Notre Dame alum and is leaving to take a job with the university. We are looking for his replacement-and these are big shoes to fill. Director Of Sales Planning

Looking for an "experienced media executive" to lead a sales planning group at a leading Radio Network. Responsibilities include: managing utilization of weekly sponsorship inventory across 150 markets, overall yield management strategy and execution, working with sales force of over 100 sales reps to formulate and negotiate ad proposals for local, regional and national sponsorships, coordination with Traffic Department on entry and scheduling, as well as formulation of other policies, practices and strategies to support and drive ad sales.
